​"A friend of mine recommended a Breathwork session with Sarah and it was excellent. Before we started, Sarah spent time explaining exactly what it is, the benefits (of which there are many), and what would be happening throughout the session. The session itself was just at the right level so I could complete it, but with an element of challenge on the breath holds. The aim is to then increase the breath holds and/or breath rate to help with improving lung capacity, relaxation, energy, focus etc. After the Breathwork you meditate for a while. The hour flew past. It's a great set up, very relaxing, and Sarah is very knowledgeable and professional. You also receive a personalised routine afterwards if you want to have a go on your own. I would highly recommend!"
