My bodywork is grounded in a slow, intuitive approach that prioritises listening over doing.

Rather than following a fixed routine, I work responsively, adjusting pressure, pace, and focus based on what I feel in your body and what you’re experiencing in the moment. Sessions are shaped collaboratively, with regular check-ins and clear consent throughout.

I’m particularly interested in how tension, fatigue, and holding patterns relate to the nervous system. Often, what people experience as tightness or tension is actually a body that hasn’t felt safe enough to fully rest.

Because of this, my touch is generally:

-
Slow and unforced
-
Grounding rather than stimulating
-
Supportive rather than corrective

Some people experience my bodywork as deeply restful. Others notice subtle shifts; a sense of settling, warmth, or increased awareness. Sometimes emotions arise; sometimes they don’t. All of that is normal.

We’re not trying to make anything happen.
We’re creating conditions where the body can do what it already knows how to do.
