This is a slow, grounding yoga practice designed to help you unwind and reset.


The class blends gentle movement with longer-held postures, offering the softness of Yin Yoga without losing the sense of flow. Shapes are simple and supported, with time to breathe, feel, and settle.

Guided breath and simple meditation are woven throughout the practice.

Suitable for all levels, especially if you’re looking for something slower, more spacious, and deeply nourishing.​​​​​​​​

This is a slow, steady practice to help you land in your body, stretch into all your tight places (mind & body) and build some gentle strength​

A chance to give yourself a pocket of time to re-orient yourself and rest before the week ahead.
