About Sarah

My work comes from learning to stay connected to myself in a world that pulls attention, energy, and meaning outward.
My challenge has been scattered energy. Being open, perceptive, and emotionally available while slowly losing my sense of centre and personal limits. From the outside, calm and capable. Inside, disoriented, overstimulated, and hard to settle.
Yoga, touch, breathwork, and meditation became ways of finding orientation. I learned to gather myself when my energy spread too thin, and to rest without disconnecting.
Over time, I noticed recurring patterns in myself and in the people I work with:
-
Feeling depleted and overstimulated at the same time, even when life looks manageable.
-
Longing to be met and seen, and to receive touch in safety without pressure, fixing, or performance.
-
Energy, attention, and capacity scattering under stress, sensory load, or life transitions.
-
Rest feeling elusive while capability hides quiet nervous system strain.
-
Unclear demands and emotional load draining us without being named.
That understanding shapes everything I offer.
Through intuitive bodywork, breathwork, and guided audio practices, I create spaces that are slow, responsive, and consent-led. I am not interested in pushing for release or transformation. I am interested in helping people sense what their system is asking for and supporting steadiness to arise in its own time.
My background includes over a decade of teaching yoga, meditation, and breathwork, alongside training in cognitive neuroscience. Just as importantly, I have my own experience living with a sensitive, easily overstimulated nervous system that does not thrive under pressure, intensity, or ambiguity. Pacing, boundaries, and orientation matter.
Luminous Well grew from learning to stay open without being porous, and to stay oriented and resourced in the process.
