Aerial Sound Bath
Sunday, 22 March 2026
Monthly at Penny Farthing Circus Arts, Wimbish
Join us this March for a restorative sound bath experience held in aerial hammocks at Penny Farthing Circus Arts.
I'll guide you through a calming sound journey using soothing vibrations to ease stress, quiet your mind, and restore balance—all while gently supported in suspended silk hammocks.

What to know:
-
No aerial or sound experience necessary
-
Penny Farthing will help you safely get in and out of the hammocks, with equipment adjusted as needed
-
Wear comfortable clothing without buckles, zips, velcro, or rhinestones (they damage the silks)
-
The hammocks gently sway—not recommended if you experience motion sickness
This workshop is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant or have Tinitus. This session is for adults only, although if you wish to bring someone age 15+ this will be considered. They must be accompanied by an adult though.

Awaken ~ Paus Spring Retreat
Saturday, 28th March, 2026
Paus, Cambridge
Retreat cost £195 / early bird (book by 31.12.25) £175
Paus in nature and immerse yourself in a soulful day of gentle Spring awakening, hosted by Charlotte Phillips.
What to expect:
Welcome drinks at 9.30 then we move into a morning of somatic movement, Breathwork and restorative gong with me.
You will be guided through slow, intuitive somatic movement; simple stretches and gentle opening work to help your body melt out of winter mode and remember what it feels like to breathe deeply again. Nothing strenuous. Just easing, softening and reconnecting.
From there, we move into breathwork to clear out the emotional residue of the colder months and create fresh space inside for energy, clarity, and a bit more lightness.
We’ll close with a deeply restorative gong bath. Warm waves of sound that cocoon the nervous system, quiet the mind & help everything settle in your body in a very real, grounded way.
At midday we take a sensory walk barefoot through the emerging Spring wildflowers and grasses, reconnecting with the earth and fully grounding ourselves into, and with, nature.
A delicious and nourishing 3 course lunch at the Hilltop Bistro, a chance to allow the mornings experiences to fully integrate, connect with new friends and indulge in tasty homemade food.
Then an afternoon of ultimate relaxation in cedarwood hot tubs, sauna and cool pools and chats around cackling fires (+ a glass of fizz).
Closing circle, hot tea & cake, and sharing of our super luxe goodie bags!
Spaces are limited. Please contact me for more information or to book.
Breathwork Workshop
Friday 3rd April, 2026
8-9.30
The Wellness Studio, Newport
Rhythm, Regulation & Practice
This 90-minute workshop is a gentle, grounded introduction to a powerful rhythmic breathing practice designed to support energy levels, emotional release and nervous system regulation. If you’ve been curious about dynamic breathwork practices but aren’t sure where to begin, this session will guide you step by step.
We’ll start by exploring the basics How the breath pattern works What you might experience during the practice how to approach it safely and steadily In the second half of the session, you’ll be guided through a full practice.
You’ll have clear cues, options to regulate your experience, and time afterwards to land and integrate. We’ll also cover how to build a simple home practice: how often to work with the technique, how to recognise when your body needs something gentler, and how to use the breath to support energy, focus or emotional processing. This workshop is suitable for beginners and anyone wanting a steadier foundation in breathwork.

You’ll leave with:
• A clear understanding of the rhythm
• Confidence to practise safely at home
• Tools to work with your nervous system, not against it
Investment: £35
